1.  Play Ball starts off the disc with the sounds of the ball park just before the game starts. Announcing is none other than Jeff Stone.

 

2.  "Just when I think I thought I knew it all...life throws me a Curveball." That pretty much sums up Jeff Stone's philosophy on how our lives are so fragile and susceptible to changes beyond our control.

 

3.  Swing Batter Swing is a playful chant like the type we all tirelessly belt out at the ball park in an attempt to get the batter to strike out.

 

4.  Star of the Game (a mock interview) references the line in "Curveball" beckoning us to keep our cool so that we might be the next Star of the Game.

 

5.  Wait My Turn Again is a reprise of the song "Curveball. It's a lament about sitting on the bench waiting for your next turn at bat.

 

6.  Recap is a medley sampler of the other five tracks to wrap up the CD.
